I took my car to a very well known place in Winnsboro,SC and was given a list as long as I am tall of things wrong with my car. I went to the Pope Davis in Blythewood and told Nia about the list and she was so kind and understanding and told me to leave my car just a little while with her and she would have the mechanic to look at it. I did just that. When I returned she had a list of repairs that were needed and it was no where near what I had received from the other place. I was so happy that I could afford to repair my car. I got it repaired and it did not take very long at all. I am so pleased, I will be using Pope Davis for all my repairs and will tell everyone I know to use them also. -Nannie J

Thank You to Ms. Nia at the Blythewood Pope Davis and her team there. I had an accident with my SLK350 and had to get two new rims and two new tires. Ms Nia found the tires and ordered and installed them and aligned the car and now it rides so smooth. -Jim R

I had a flat tire on 1/18/12 and I was able to pull into your Taylor & Pickens st location. It was 3:00 pm and I was on the way to a 3:45 dr appt. Your folks were so efficient that they put my "spare" tire and told me to go on to my appt, they would order & mount me a new tire and come back after the appt and they would replace the tire. Well... this was such a pleasant experience, I could not beleive it could work that quick. Your folks (2 guys & the office lady) were extremely helpful & efficient. -Kay R

WE WERE TRAVELING SOUTH TO FLORIDA WHEN SUDDENLY WE HAD A BLOWOUT. WE WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THE TIRE AND GO TO THE NEXT EXIT WHICH WAS BLYTHEWOOD. I want to compliment you on three of your employees. I noticed a nail in my tire around 6pm on 11/4/11. I stopped by the Hard Scrabble location and Craig, Jeremiah and Matt fixed my problem. Most places would have told me to come back when they were open, but not your employees. Because of the fantastic customer service I received, Pope Davis will be the only car care center I will ever use. I will tell all my friends about this great experience.
